Need help with Sotto? Here are answers to common questions.

How do I import a document?

Tap the + button, then choose Open a Document, Scan Pages, Read Clipboard, or Read Web Article.

How do I create an audiobook?

Open a document, choose a voice, then tap Create Audiobook. It will appear in the Saved tab. Keep Sotto open while it renders.

Why does creating an audiobook take a while?

Sotto generates natural speech entirely on your device to keep your content private. Longer documents take longer to render. Keep the app open while it works.

Can I listen with my screen off?

Yes. Saved audiobooks continue playing when your phone is locked.

How do I change the voice of a saved audiobook?

On the Saved tab, swipe right on any audiobook and tap Voice.

I bought the voices but they're locked on a new device.

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchase.
